Donald Paxton (1912 – summer 2007, age 95) was a mechanical engineer who joined Frank Bridgers‘s firm in September 1951, forming Bridgers & Paxton Consulting Engineers. Together they designed and built the world’s first commercial solar-heated building at 213 Truman St NE, Albuquerque (1956). Paxton retired from the firm in 1975.
