Zomeworks employee who installed the Double Play thermosiphon system at Bruce W. Davis's Albuquerque studio in 2004 — plumbing 42 vertical 4-inch PVC drain pipes holding 200 gallons of water. By September 2004 was looking for a property to build a Zomeworks spec house.
A “new Zomeworks hire” (as of 2004) who plumbed the interior storage array for the Double Play system installed at Bruce W. Davis‘s Albuquerque studio in August 2004: 42 vertical 4″ PVC drain pipes holding 200 gallons of water with 300 sq ft of surface area, connected by thermosiphon (no pump) to 12 polypropylene Sky Mat radiator/absorbers on the garage roof (127 sq ft). The installation cooled a 236 sq ft studio through 95°F summer days; Davis reported “great satisfaction: no noise, no fan and no added moisture.” See Steve Baer and the double-play thermosiphon.
By September 2004, per Baer’s “Dear Shareholders” letter, James was looking for a property on which to build a Zomeworks spec house. See Dear shareholders.
